A former NextFab employee recently turned to Sidney L. Gold & Associates, P.C. for representation in a sexual harassment lawsuit, which has been filed in federal court. The employee, who worked for NextFab as a marketing specialist in 2014, alleges that a former coworker sexually harassed her and that the company did nothing to protect her, or to address the issue. NextFab is a Philadelphia markerspace company.
In the suit, the former employee describes NextFab as a sexist environment where women’s complaints about staff and member conduct were not treated seriously. She also alleges that she was fired in retaliation for speaking up.
